We offer a number of different tours with open participations. That is, folks sign up until the tour is full. Group size depend on
safety ratio. Most of our tours are custom design for individual, friends, family and group. Do not  hesitate to contact us in order
to design your own next adventure.
Step # 1:  To book any trip, please contact us and find out if there is room or guide available for the date you choose. After
confirmation of availability on the trip, the dates and price, fill out the registration form, sign it and send it to us or fax it with your
deposit.
Step # 2: Fill out and sign the release form and health passport form. Mail or fax.
Step # 3: When your travel plan are finalize send/fax the details either using the form or via email.
A confirmation will be send  to you after each step is completed
Payment options: we accept credit card (visa-master card- American express).
Check are accepted and welcome.
Other payment are acceptable (wire,etc...) please contact us for details.

Review your itinerary, ask about hotels, transport, gear, training, meals.
Booking schedule: Book a trip as early as possible to secure the dates you choose but never hesitate to contact us at the last
minute. We will do are best to accommodate you.
Deposit is due upon registration (25 %) of the total amount
Balance due 60 days before the trip start
after the balance due dates all trip cost are due in full
Trip cancellation, interruption & Emergency Evacuation Insurance:

In order to protect yourself from the loss of nonrefundable fees we strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
This type of insurance will allow you to recover fees resulting from cancellation due to personal or family illness occurring before or
during the tour, program or expedition. Most type of trip insurance also allows recovering nonrefundable travel expenses in the
event that we are to cancel due to inadequate registration. Emergency evacuation insurance, often included with trip cancellation,
covers the normally very high cost of evacuation from remote mountainous areas. We strongly recommend that participants contact
such insurance; they are available through your insurance or travel agent or check our website links.
